The First Flow

INITIAL LACTATION CONSULTATION

$175

Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours​

This comprehensive session is designed for new or expecting parents who are navigating the early stages of breastfeeding or are facing specific challenges.

Includes:

  • Full intake assessment and medical history

  • Breast assessment and latch evaluation

  • Oral assessment of the baby (tongue tie, lip tie, suction issues)

  • Pre- and post-feed weight check to measure milk transfer

  • Hands-on guidance with nursing positions and techniques

  • Flange fitting for optimal pumping comfort

  • Pumping education and equipment overview

  • Customized care plan tailored to your feeding goals

  • Referrals to specialists (if needed)

Gentle Flow

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION

$125

Duration: 60 minutes

A perfect continuation of care for families who have completed the Initial Consultation and need additional support or plan adjustments.

Includes:

  • Review of previous care plan

  • Observation of feeding session

  • Re-assessment of latch, weight gain, milk supply, or discomfort

  • Updates to care plan as needed

Express Flow

PUMPING & BOTTLE-FEEDING SESSION

$95

Duration: 45 minutes

​Focused support for parents who need guidance with exclusive pumping, flange fitting, or introducing a bottle.

Includes:

  • Pump review and hands-on flange fitting

  • Pumping schedule development

  • Bottle-feeding tips and paced-feeding techniques

  • Support for returning to work and building a milk stash
