INDIANA DOULA SERVICES:

MEDICAID COVERAGE

Indiana is actively working to expand Medicaid coverage for doula services. The Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) has engaged stakeholders to develop a comprehensive system for doulas to enroll and be reimbursed by Indiana Medicaid without physician oversight. Indiana Medicaid, through programs like Hoosier Healthwise, covers essential prenatal and postpartum care. ARIZONA DOULA SERVICES

MEDICAID COVERAGE

Effective October 1, 2024, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) began reimbursing for doula services.
