THE ROOT RETURNING
Care Focus: Postpartum Care
Duration: 6 weeks of postpartum support
Visits: Two visits per week, 90 minutes each (total 12 visits)
Total Hours: 36 hours of support
Flexibility: Visits can be scheduled during day or evening hours (overnight/night visits not included)

THE DEEP ROOTED RECOVERY
Care Focus: Extended Postpartum Care
Duration: 12 weeks of postpartum support
Visits: Two visits per week, each 90 minutes long (24 visits total)
Total Hours: 72 hours of support
Flexibility: Visits can be scheduled during the day or evening (overnight/night visits not included)​

THE ROOTED NIGHT
Care Focus: Overnight Support and Care
Duration: 6 weeks of overnight postpartum support
Visits: Two overnight visits per week, 8 hours each (12 visits total)
Total Hours: 96 hours of overnight care
Flexibility: Hours may be adjusted as needed within overnight availability

Full infant care throughout the night (feeding, burping, diapering, soothing) to allow parents to rest and recover

Postpartum doulas offer evidence-based guidance on various aspects of the postpartum journey, including infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery for the mother, mother-baby bonding, soothing techniques for newborns, and basic infant care. Studies have shown that having a strong support system during this transitional period helps mothers, fathers, and babies adjust more smoothly to their new roles and routines.

EXTRA PRENATAL VISITS:
Add up to 3 additional sessions at $100 per visit
EXTENDED LABOR SUPPORT:
Additional labor hours available at $100 per hour (applicable after the initial 2 hours included in The Rooted Legacy package)
POSTPARTUM HOURLY RATE VISITS:
Day Services: $40 per hour

Our hourly rates reflect the comprehensive care we provide, including vital health monitoring, personalized emotional support, nutritional guidance, and holistic wellness recommendations. Clients who purchase a package are eligible for 10% discount.

From the time of hire until 6 weeks postpartum, I am available to provide continuous support and guidance whenever you need it.

BIRTH PLAN GUIDANCE
During our initial prenatal meeting, we’ll work together to create your birth plan. Once you draft it, I’ll review and offer suggestions to make sure it’s clear, effective, and tailored to your wishes.
24/7 ON-CALL SUPPORT
Starting two weeks before your estimated due date, I’ll be on call 24/7 and ready to join you whenever labor begins, providing dedicated support every step of the way.
